2010 Camper Application

Space is limited to the first 150 applicants. Admission to the Winter Camp Session will be on a first come first serve basis and applications will be honored by MAIL ONLY. All other submissions will be discarded. Receipt of the application will be determined by the postmarked date. All campers MUST take the bus up to camp and will NOT be permitted to drive. Parent drop-offs will NOT be allowed.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR CAMPER
Download the 2008 camper application (complete), fill it out and mail them back to the AYF Summer Camp Office. The complete application includes all the following items necessary for review and completion.

  • Camper/Parent Information
  • Application for Enrollment (Payment Required)
  • AYF Campers Rules and Regulations (Signatures Required)
  • Health History Form (Signatures Required)
